Fluo-8, AM是最常用的檢測(cè)細(xì)胞內(nèi)鈣離子濃度的熒光探針之一。它穿透細(xì)胞膜進(jìn)入細(xì)胞后被細(xì)胞內(nèi)的酯酶剪切形成Fluo-8，從而被滯留在細(xì)胞內(nèi)，F(xiàn)luo-8若以游離配體形式存在時(shí)幾乎是非熒光性的，但是當(dāng)它與細(xì)胞內(nèi)鈣離子結(jié)合后可以產(chǎn)生較強(qiáng)的熒光，最大激發(fā)波長為490nm，最大發(fā)射波長為514nm�？梢允褂眉す夤簿劢癸@微鏡或流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)細(xì)胞內(nèi)鈣離子濃度的變化
